Toshiba Strata DK Telephone System

Changing the time:

Changes must be done from the "main" or primary phone.
It is usually extension 10, or 200.

  1. With the phone on hook, dial intercom, #, 652 (depending on the system type, the # may or may not apply)
  2. Enter the correct time using HH/MM/SS, like 07:24:00
  3. Press redial

TOSHIBA 16 Telephone System

Changes must be done from extension 10, usually the receptionist phone.

  1. Leave the handset on hook, press intercom 6 5 2
  2. then enter the time of a 24 hour clock, entering 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes, and 2 digits for the seconds; enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered
  3. press " Redial "
  4. press " Speaker " .

For example, if the time is 2:15 P.M., press intercom 6 5 2, 1 4 1 5 0 0, Redial Speaker. .



TOSHIBA 16E / 40 Telephone System

Changes must be done from extension 10, usually the receptionist phone.

  1. Leave the handset on hook, press intercom # 6 5 2
  2. enter the time of a 24 hour clock, entering 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes, and 2 digits for the seconds; enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered
  3. press " Redial "
  4. press " Speaker " .

TOSHIBA 280 / 424 Telephone System

This must be done at extension 200, usually the receptionist phone.

  1. Leave the handset on hook, press intercom # 6 5 2
  2. enter the time of a 24 hour clock, entering 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes, and 2 digits for the seconds; enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered
  3. press " Redial "
  4. press " Speaker ".

For example, if the time is 2:15 P.M., press intercom # 6 5 2, 1 4 1 5 0 0, Redial Speaker.



TOSHIBA CTX 100 Telephone System

Changes must be done from a display phone

  1. Do Not Pick Up Handset, Press Hold Button
  2. dial * # * # 1 * 2 * 3 *
  3. Display says Password =
  4. Enter 0 0 0 0
  5. Press HOLD Button
  6. Display says Prog =
  7. Enter 9 0 2
  8. Press HOLD
  9. Display says Select Param

To change Date:

  1. Press Intercom Button
  2. Enter Date: YY MM DD (YY=02, MM=10, DD=28)
  3. Press HOLD
  4. Press HOLD
  5. Lift Handset and return to cradle

To change Time:

  1. Press Line 1 button (button directly above intercom button)
  2. Enter Time: HH MM SS (HH=22 MM=03 SS=00), military time must be used
  3. Press HOLD
  4. Press HOLD
  5. Lift handset and return to cradle


If you have Voice Mail these changes may or may not change the time on your voice mail systems, depending on if the voice mail is part of the phone system.
