At Tele/Data Communications of Indiana our mission is very simple.  We strive to be the very best at what we do. We are currently seeking six additional full time and two part time quality employees who share our vision, commitment and ethical standards. We want talented people who are energized by change and ready for challenges.

The successful candidates will assist with both our national accounts department and with customer installations.  Candidates must have advanced knowledge of key and PBX systems as well as VOIP.  The candidates will have a great deal of customer interaction and must possess good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.  Candidates with a strong data and VOIP background will be given first consideration.   Candidates must be willing to travel and have a clean driving record.  Candidates may be required to travel for as long as two weeks at any given time.   Tele/Data’s typical travel season is from May until October of each year.

Each applicant will be required to pass an entry-level communications exam.  Strong knowledge or certifications of one or all of the following systems will be very helpful: Mitel 3300 ICP, Nortel BCM or Option 11 PBX and Cisco.

Applicants that are hired within the national accounts department will assist in our technical support center and will also “stage” systems to be shipped to the installation crews across the United States.  The ability to communicate clearly and to follow an established time line is very important.
